The client operates 10 schools under their university and is home to more than 12K undergraduates and postgraduates. They were looking for an automated system to understand their students’ views through a feedback survey on their curriculum and teaching methods and improve them in a way that aligns with students’ expectations. Earlier, they were analysing student feedback manually- this consumes a lot of time, effort and labour, despite which the results of such analysis do not guarantee accurate insights.
